龍洞岩場經過數十年的發展，以及攀岩社群積極的自主管理，許多岩場公共事務，早已累積相當深厚的基礎與資源，為了更有效地整合這些資源與能量，並以更長遠的目標規劃龍洞岩場與攀岩社群的未來，我們決定在 2020 年正式成立全國性社團組織「臺灣戶外攀岩協會 | Taiwan Outdoor Climbers' Coalition」，希望藉此讓龍洞岩場的相關事務能有更健全的運作制度，並透過正式組織的身份與官方單位合作，以更完善的資源發展龍洞的攀岩活動，妥善管理這座全臺灣發展最完備的天然岩場。同時，也期望未來能夠以龍洞為範本，將「永續管理」的信念持續推廣到全臺各地的所有天然岩場。
本協會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社會團體，以維護台灣天然攀岩活動場域之安全和生態保育、提升戶外攀岩專業知識與技術、推廣攀岩者安危自負精神，並促進台灣戶外攀岩活動之永續發展為宗旨。
協會宗旨

五、協助天然岩場永續發展工作

After decades of development and self-independent management of Long Dong climbing community, we have been built up solid foundations and accumulated huge amount of resources for most of Long Dong rock climbing public affairs. In order to integrating all of these valuable resources, and setting up long term objectives for Long Dong and climbing community, we decided to build up “Taiwan Outdoor Climbers’ Coalition” as a non-profit national organization, hoping for set up a sound system for operating all public affairs of Long Dong, and officially cooperate with authorities, operating the most developed rock climbing area of Taiwan with more resources in the future. And we also hoping for set up an example, to promote the belief of “sustainable climbing” to all of the rock climbing areas throughout Taiwan.
TOCC has been founded according the law, as an non-profit organization to maintain the nature and safety of rock climbing area, promote outdoor rock climbing knowledge and techniques, and the spirit of self-responsibility for personal safety, to improve sustainable development of Taiwan outdoor rock climbing.

現職登山補給站負責人、體育署山域嚮導訓練講師 / 考官、TOLA 終生會員；曾任臺大登山社社長、山谷登山會理事長、臺灣生態登山教育協會監事。
Owner of Keepon Outdoor Equipment; Instructor/Examiner for the Sports Administration’s Mountain Guiding Training; Lifetime Member of TOLA. Former President of NTU Mountaineering Club, Chairman of Valley Mountaineering Association, and Supervisor of the Taiwan Ecological Mountaineering Education Association.

李涵茹 Hanru Lee
2011年接觸攀岩至今，喜歡傳統攀登，曾造訪過瑞士、泰國、香港，以及美國加州、奧勒岡州等地的知名岩場。
Started climbing in 2011 and have been passionate about it ever since, with a particular love for trad climbing. Have visited well-known climbing areas in Switzerland, Thailand, Hong Kong, and the United States, including California and Oregon.

羅馬修 Matt Robertson
2002年初訪龍洞後便落腳臺灣，並陸續發表《龍洞傳統攀登》與《臺灣龍洞攀岩》兩本指南，是龍洞攀岩社群靈魂人物之一。
settled in Taiwan after first visiting Long Dong in early 2002, and published "Long Dong Trad Climbing" and "Rock Climbing Taiwan", becoming a key figure in the Long Dong climbing community.

王蘭兮 Lan Hsi Wang
2012年接觸攀岩至今，運動攀登與傳統攀登一樣喜歡，長年關心並積極參與各項龍洞事務，尤其是龍洞 rebolt 及大掃除等工作。
Active in climbing since 2012, equally passionate about sport and trad climbing, with long-term involvement in Long Dong activities—particularly rebolting and major cleanup events.

許誠顯 Rex Hsu
2004年接觸攀岩至今，愛好各種不同攀岩型態。曾造訪中國、香港、泰國，以及美國加州與猶他州等地知名岩場。長年於龍洞岩場活動，熟悉並積極參與各項公共事務，同時也是合格的WAFA野地緊急救護技術員。
Climbing since 2004, has visited renowned crags in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and the United States, including California and Utah. Long active at Long Dong, with strong familiarity and ongoing involvement in local access and public affairs. Certified WAFA (Wilderness Advanced First Aid) provider.

關惟實 Wei Shih Guan
2012年接觸攀岩至今，愛好多繩距攀登與傳統攀登。曾造訪香港、泰國、日本等地知名岩場。積極參與各項龍洞事務，並籌辦「龍洞爬帶」與「龍洞大掃除」清運活動。
Started climbing in 2012, with a strong focus on multi-pitch and trad climbing. Has visited renowned crags in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Japan. Actively involved in Long Dong initiatives, including organizing the Long Dong Cleanup and Climb&Clean events.

游健郎 Chien Lang Yu
1999年接觸攀岩迄今逾二十年。長年於龍洞岩場活動，熟悉並積極參與各項公共事務，是龍洞攀岩社群靈魂人物之一。
Active in climbing since 1999, with over twenty years of experience. Longtime participant at Long Dong, deeply involved in community affairs, and regarded as a key figure in the local climbing community.

個人簡介

陳震宇 Maurice Chen
2009年接觸攀岩，並參與《臺灣龍洞攀岩》編輯團隊。愛好多繩距傳統攀登，曾造訪瑞典、西班牙，以及美國加州與猶他州等知名岩場。長年活躍於龍洞，熟悉並積極參與各項公共事務。
Began climbing in 2009 and was part of the editorial team for "Rock Climbing Taiwan" guidebook. Passionate about multi-pitch trad climbing, with experience at renowned crags in Sweden, Spain, and the United States, including California and Utah. Has been actively climbing in Long Dong for decade and is deeply familiar with the area, regularly participating in community and public affairs.

2014年接觸攀岩至今，喜好傳統攀登與多繩距攀登。長年關心並積極參與龍洞各項公共事務，同時也是WAFA野地緊急救護技術員。
Active in climbing since 2014, with a focus on trad and multi-pitch routes. Longtime contributor to public affairs at Long Dong and a WAFA Wilderness First Responder.

2019年接觸攀岩，2021年起參與龍洞岩場救援計畫。曾造訪泰國、日本等地岩場，並持續參與龍洞岩場安全與公共事務。
Started climbing in 2019 and has been involved in Long Dong EMS Project since 2021. Has climbed at crags in Thailand and Japan, and continues to participate in safety and community initiatives at Long Dong.
